Yes. No matter who you work with, make sure they carry Business Liability insurance to cover accidents and all things unexpected.
Should I try and do this myself?
If you do not have enough for a professional estate sale, talk to us about options. Otherwise, we are in business and very busy for a good reason. This is a tough job and worth it for the homeowner 100% of the time.
