Consignors
To consign items, please call or email first. Consignors are welcome BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 11am-2pm. We require that prior to setting your appointment, please email photos and a description of the item(s) you wish to consign. Our email is: contact@armstrongestatesales.com .
What we accept
Only the highest quality items will be accepted for consignment. Preferred items include: jewelry, vintage clothing, furniture, fine china and crystal, sterling silver, lamps and lighting, fine art, and decorative accessories. Items must be clean and in good repair.
Items we DO NOT ACCEPT for consignment
Grandfather clocks, armoires, large upholstered pieces, beds, dolls & dollhouse furnishings, ordinary china, ordinary silver-plate, souvenir spoons, collectible china plates & figurines (Franklin Mint, Hummel, Lladro, etc.), and items made from endangered species (ivory, tortoise, zebra, etc). We will not accept items that are stained, ripped, damaged, needing repair or missing hardware.
Purchase Policies
Sale prices are firm. Most items are consigned and under contract with their owners. We do not contact consignors with offers or negotiate sale price.
All sales are final. Most items may be taken “on approval” for evaluation prior to purchase.
Pricing
We evaluate ALL items to determine the selling price. We do not provide appraisals or price items on demand. We discuss price approval with consignors before items are tagged and placed on display in the store. The consignor will receive 50% of the selling price for all merchandise. Prices are firm, and owners will not be called with offers. Consignors will receive payment for sold items by the middle of the month following the sale. We also purchase gold and silver jewelry at our discretion.
